The saff at reception were very nice. The mattress was comfortable. The room was very spacious.

Music from bars on the street very loud, unable to sleep. The smell in the toilet was horrendous. Water pressure very low and no hot water running. Cleaning could be improved too. Towels more abrasive than sand paper. The remote of the aircon didnt seem to work. The light switch and sockets are too far from bed; couldnt be reached without getting up from bed.

The owners name is Ayu, she will ask if you can add her using whatsapp, very useful when you need anything. Use this when you need new towels or would like your room serviced, ask at night time night before. It is family run and they are all super friendly. 1 min walk to main street, jalan Legian, legian food court 4 min walk, beach 10min. I had 2 bookings, inbetween stays I was able to leave some personal items, all were returned safely.

It is on a busy street so expect some noise, this didnt bother me. There is no lift and rooms are over 3 floors. (again, this did not bother me, even for a 60+ guy.

It is amazing! The bed is Kingsize and really comfortabel, the room is big and the AC and shower is working well. Everything in the room and around is really clean. The host is very nice and friendly !

Loved the convenience of the location. Clean. Ayu, the owner won my heart. So beautiful and friendly!! Her whole family was very welcoming and kind. I will definitely stay there again. Such good value!

It would be nice if there was a kettle and cups in the room. Just a friendly suggestion.
