"O hotel tinha tudo para ser bom, mas está com aspecto de abandono."

Localização e espaço das áreas comuns e dos quartos.

O hotel precisa atualizar suas instalações. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado e com o frigobar que não estavam gelando. Durante minha estadia também não vi ninguém limpando a piscina. Os colaboradores precisam de treinamento para saber como tratar os hóspedes, pedi um copo pois no quarto tinha apenas um e a resposta foi que na acomodação que escolhi sequer deveria ter copo.
