Tathra Beach Eco Camp

the environment was lovely. short walk to the beach. The furnishings in the room all pleasant. The bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, there was rubbish under the sink and small sticky "lollies" under the bed when I arrived.

Cute place just next to the beach. Beautiful location, nice cabins. Really amazing general infrastructure (beautiful washrooms, nice kitchen). Great and efficiently equipped cabin.

We were in a self contained cabin that had a kitchenette so that we could prepare meals if we wanted to. Great proximity to the beach and other amenities. Also liked the hammock on the verandah.

I can't really think of anything that I didn't like.

I liked that it was quiet and very well maintained. Public toilets were lovely and clean. Kids playground was awesome. Kids loved the pump track for their bikes. Lovely communal kitchen area with new equipment, dishwasher and everything else you might need. Loved the cafe on premises. All in all very homey feel and great vibes!

The only thing I can think of is, I didn’t like that we had to make our own beds upon arrival (except the main bed). I guess as we arrived late with three kids, it was a bit inconvenient. Also we were looking for the kids club advertised, but didn’t find it. I think they might have meant the communal kitchen with few games and some drawing material 🤔. Either way, didn’t matter too much. There was plenty for kids to do without it.
