De buitenkant en inkom was veelbelovend.

De hygiëne in de slaapkamers en op de gang (vuil beddengoed, dat hebben we laten veranderen; smerige vuilbakjes; vieze badkamerdeur die ook niet goed sluit waardoor geur in de kamer; heel slecht geïsoleerd waardoor veel lawaai vanop de gang en van buiten)
