I like that the venue is only 6mins to muntinlupa sports complex. Also, they have parking. The price is is also okay for 3 days/2days. I also like the staffs. I like ms edz, helped us to adjust the beds.

I didn't like the bar located also on the first floor of the motel. Our family rooms are right on top of the club. We're also bouncing while we're sleeping. 😂😭

My room was moved 3 times - 1 unit the A/C couldn’t be adjusted; 1 unit the toilet seat was completely “ripped-off” of the toilet - just porcelain 😳; 1 unit no water would come out of the shower - just a cold trickle… All the while I dragging my bags, from room to room (in the hot/humid summertime in Manila), only to end-up in the very 1st room, which A/C COULD NOT BE ADJUSTED - Guest is just forced to turn plug 🔌 it in or unplug it…🤷🏽 That room was on the 2nd Floor (Stairs/No Elevator) directly above a dance club / nightclub/ bar / disco that was playing “House Music” by some DJ who was “over utilizing” his ‘synthetic bass’. This in turn (trying to sleep directly above this ungodly noise), resulted in not only the club/bar noise superseded the max TV volume - But ear plugs were needed to sleep☝🏽 Worst than that, the walls were actually “shaking” as well as the bed, furniture & floor…!!! Finally after lying in bed from 9 PM to Midnight (3-hrs straight of) staring into the rooms darkness with my bed shaking & ears listening to absolute extreme noise… I stormed downstairs to the reception & I completely “lost it with them”…!!! They moved me to the top (4th) floor as far away from the downstairs dance hall / bar / disco / nightclub as possible - they main negative was having to walk up & down 4 flights of stairs… The 2nd night while sleeping in my 4th floor room, I a woken-up at 3 AM by a ‘barking dog’ 🤔 & it was as it this dog were right outside my room door. I’m now wide-awake because this dog won’t stop barking, so… I turn on my room light on, get dressed & go outside to investigate.

No quality of standard to stay. Washroom water pressure stressful even drainge of waste water not in order
