我写这封信是为了表达我对我们最近入住体验的担忧。 我们最初预订的是5人房间（4位成人和1位80岁的老人）。我们被告知已免费升级至豪华大床套房（复式）。然而，房间的布局并不适合我们一行人。 房间里只有4张像样的床，第五张床只是一张薄薄的床垫。此外，卫生间位于二楼，这对一位80岁的老人来说非常不方便，甚至可能存在安全隐患。 幸运的是，这位老人最终没有和我们一起旅行。否则，房间的布局和楼梯可能会造成非常危险的环境。 后来，酒店工作人员告知我们，原房间的空调出了故障，因此更换了房间。然而，酒店事先并未通知我们这一变更。 我们强烈建议酒店在更换房型前提前通知客人，尤其是有老年客人入住时。妥善的沟通和合理的房间安排对客人的安全和舒适至关重要。 我们希望管理层能够认真对待这一反馈，并改进未来的服务

Location is great as it's a walking distance to jonker street and other tourist attractions, room was spacious with high ceilings, toilets are clean with nice showerhead
The windows as it have 1 but it's frosted and sealed so it can't be open to let natural air in and out
