The private Parking
the pillow is lumpy and the bed does not has no support. The room have a mouldy smell. There no cleaning of the room on the 2nd day and we have to get them to change the towel.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are polite.
May consider adding a water dispenser to the corridor or near the lobby. Although there is water dispenser at the cafeteria , but it's quite a distance.

the room is large enough, clean, free parking. The most important is they will on the aircond before u check in! that's quite niceee!
last time I lived in upstairs is still ok, but this time at lower floor, the toilet got abit smelly not sure from longkang or toilet bowl

Very pleasant and excellent staff even though we checked in at 2am, his face still fresh and always smile.
Very limited parking bay. We have to park at the opposite side of the building, however after we came back from breakfast in the morning, we could park in the hotel premises.
