The door room is not function well,need To use key and hard to open
MYMYMYMYMYMYThe night shift staff (28th Dec 2024) was friendly and helpful. I unable to access to my room as the lock pad seems to be out of battery. The staff need to open it manually using key.
The room was dirty especially at the corner of the bed. I need to use wet wipes and clean it before sleep on it. On the bed sheet itself full of hair which im not sure where it from.
