El personal del hotel fue muy amable, tuvieron un detalle especial con mi esposo y conmigo: estábamos de aniversario. Es agradable, y muy limpio. Está bien ubicado, cerca hay un pequeño callejón de comidas, lo recomiendo para cenar. Otra cosa que me encantó fue que el último día almorzamos en el hotel y el chef preparó un delicioso pescado.

Nos alojamos en el quinto piso, y el ascensor no funcionó durante nuestra estancia. Al parecer falla constantemente, por eso califiqué con un punto menos la CATEGORÍA SERVICIOS, no por el personal, ellos fueron muy amables. Me parece que no puede alojarse allí una persona con condición de discapacidad o movilidad reducida.
