"Dissatisfied, needs to be closed!!!!!"

Staff very rude, told them when I checked in that I was elderly & disabled. Told them I couldn't walk stairs they had me walk to second floor (never telling me they had an elevator or where it was located) exterminator sprayed the second day of me checking in... Still the room was infested with roaches & some other kind of bugs that bit me all over my body, when I said something to the front desk they was coming to check & never showed up. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Rates are ridiculous.

Friendly staff, honesty, cleaner. This place should be closed down!!!

"It met my needs."

Facility met my needs, and price was reasonable.

Getting WiFi set up was painful. There was a gnat infestation that was persistent. The floors were not clean, and even when I asked, the floors were not mopped.
