Staff. All very kind and very helpful

Dirty. Corridors, bed linen shabby, bathroom was bad but they came and cleaned again. Still mould in shower area. If neighbour uses fan it hums loudly in your room. Location just not the nicest though handy for airport. Our room had no window. No soundproofing so noisy. It needs a thorough deep clean

No Breakfast included and location was not too good either.

The Toilet and bathroom condition was a bit poor. The cleanliness can be improved.
