It was all newly renovated and clean.

There were no basic things that are usually there in a hotel at this price. No mat outside washroom to wipe the feet there was no dustbin in the entire room anywhere no cupboard . when asked for shower gel shampoo some soaps were given.

Such an amazing place! As an European travelling solo, I was a little bit worried about where will I stay in Mumbai. I wasn't sure about all the locations, but I decided to stay and this hotel. It came out to be the best decision ever. It was literally the cleanest place I have seen in Mumbai. They also had all the amenities for European traveller, like toilet paper, coffee, English speaking staff, free bottled water. They offered me complimentary chai many times and I could order it via phone. The location was good, 10 minutes by Uber to the airport. The place was super clean, reception 24/7, staff was speaking English, there was a warm water, towel, soaps and shampoos provided. The staff was very helpful, they took me to the ATM and helped me with the pharmacy. The TV was working great and had Netflix and YouTube. The cleanliness was 100%, much better than in some European and American hotels. I was actually impressed. Bed was really comfortable. Thank you so much! If anu European or American traveller is reading this - that's the place to go, meets all the requirements!

The location was not good. There was no restaurant in the hotel or nearby, so we had to sleep at night without any food. We found cockroaches in the facility and in the room. The hot water geyser was not good, and it did not provide hot water even for a minute.

It was clean and comfortable and the staff was super courteous

Location may not be to everyone's liking, kinda in a back alley of chandivali. Although there are plenty of street food options around

Way beyond my expectations Liked · The checkin was phenomenal. I have never ever seen such a young gent handle a check in such a professional manner. His name escapes my memory but he is a recent graduate from a Hotel Management Institue and about 22 years of age. I thought he was in high school. Not only was he courteous, but made me an instant fan of returning back to this hotel, when he graciously agreed to throw in the breakfast and allowed me a couple of extra hours to check out. It's these small things that remain in one's mind, and you need to ensure he stays with you! Great staffs overall.
