Everything was neat, clean and easy to access.

The Food ordered from the in-house restaurant arrived two and a half hours later and the TV had not been recharged. I had to call multiple times to get it working.

Breakfast options were good. The food was healthy clean and always on time.

The location and the cleanliness. Amod Kumar was very helpful at the check-in.

We arrived after after traveling for over 48 hours, exhausted and in need of a clean bed and shower. Upon entering the room, the lack of cleanliness was evident. There were still unwiped counters and tables from previous guests, hair ALL over the bed as well as in the shower and bathroom counters. This place was NOT clean. We did so much research before booking this place and figured it would be good since the reviewers mentioned the cleanliness. We asked for a change of bedsheets. They came and changed the sheets but still put the same dirty duvet on the top. The sheets were old and stained but they still appeared better than the original ones that clearly weren't changed. I then go to shower and it's freezing cold. I texted the front desk once again and he said to wait 10 minutes. I had already been waiting 15 minutes at that point. Obviously I am beyond sleep deprived and grumpy by now so I text them again saying we can't stay here and we will be checking out. We paid for 3 nights, stayed for 0 (more like 30 minutes), and we have not been given our money back. They attempted to get us to stay by showing us another room. We entertained them for a second by checking it out... The room was just as dirty and the shower was just as cold. They stole $226 for a service/room that was not provided. This place does not live up to the reviews in the slightest. The supposed manager messaged me after this apologizing and saying he wants another chance to make it up to us. He said he would look into the refund. I thought that was nice and trusted that that's what would happen. It did not. They won't get back to me despite my multiple messages over the last 1+ month. Extremely disappointing first impression of India & its hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. We checked into Novotel instead it was MUCH better in every way.
