RELOhomes Serviced Apartment

Powai is a good base to stay outside of the city. The apartment had everything we needed and breakfast was served to our room each day. Full marks to the room cleaners. The daily room service was excellent!

Check in staff are not informed if the room has been paid already. We paid 50% before arrival and the remainder on arrival. The staff asked us on a couple of occasions to sort out payment before check out dispute already paid. This was not dishonest, just under informed.

- Cockroaches in Room. - Despite requesting rooms closer to each other it was not provided to us, we were traveling as a family and it made it extremely difficult. - The way breakfast needs to be ordered a day before and delivered at your doorstep but the food quality is really not upto the mark. It's better to use Swiggy services rather than ordering breakfast from them. This is a housing complex they order food from somewhere outside so I understand why this was happening, just want to make future travellers aware.

The apartment was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked so I could cook for myself. The location is excellent and within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. I felt safe here as well.

I only had one small issue - the water in the shower was not very hot and I prefer a very hot shower. I did ask them to fix it, which they did but it seemed to not last the entire stay.
