the property was good and clean

but the location is very far from the majn city. It is not jn main munnar, so thr autos/taxis will be expensive

The setting was lovely with individual villas and the staff were cheerful. A hotel with unrealised potential. Breakfast interesting and tasty.

Unfortunately difficult to get to with roads a mess. Chalets had not been deep cleaned with evidence of mold and we had no toilet paper for 36 hours even after asking 3 times until we insisted. No daily clean and no toiletries provided. Difficult checkout as international cards seem not to be accepted. No hot water on 2 out of 3 nights. One night no water at all but fixed 2 hours later after notification. Stay away until issues are fixed as this could be a nice place to stay but management does not show any willingness as yet.
