The beautiful view from the balcony and the sounds coming from the green surroundings create an amazing atmosphere. The service was very nice and helpful in every aspect

The view from balcony is mesmerizing. Our room was specious and comfortable. Breakfasts were hearty and personnel very friendly. Please just bear in mind that the area is a bit secluded, but there's no problem with ordering a riksha or a taxi.

After having traveled the previous three weeks in the big cities, this was such a relief to have some nature and peace around. The resort itself and the rooms were ok but what made the difference was the friendly staff and manager. Whatever we asked for, it was accommodated. We even had one more person staying with us, which was not charged. The restaurant food was quite good, so we had breakfast and dinner there. For new year's eve, they also organized a little party with a complementary bonfire, fire-crackers, and cake. Besides other resorts, there is not much around, so it depends on what you expect. We enjoyed watching and listening to the birds, going for hikes, or just sitting on the balcony with some coffee and cake. Internet also was provided and worked well.

The resort has a nice garden, unfortunately, it is not well maintained. The rooms were ok but could also use a bit TLD to make them even better. With a little bit of effort this could become a real beautiful oasis. The last bit of road to the resort is quite small and tricky and there is a big construction going on next to the resort - which did not disturb us, when we were there.

Location was more in a tropical forest. Food was descent.

Bathrooms were very dirty.

Cleanness is not upto the mark, toilet door handle broken, main door well not working, in restaurant foods are not available as per menu card. Only limited options of foods are available. Needs to focus on maintenance and restaurants services.
