Arthotel Nagold

Lo único que puedo decir bien del hotel es el precio comparado con la oferta del resto de alojamientos en Nagold

Falta de personal, de 3 días de reserva, 2 no funcionó el agua caliente, con 12 grados por la noche muy rico ducharse con agua fría, ni una alternativa ni información ni nada... Y la oferta del desayuno ligero gratis a la llegada me informan de que no está disponible, que podrían haber informado por Booking antes

The location of the Art Hotel is great and the cleanliness was excellent.

The mattress was an absolute disaster (I could feel every spring). Although the bed seemed to be made every day, the bathroom/toilet was untouched, which also meant that I ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly. I left an empty roll on the toilet seat and when I returned to the hotel that night, the roll was still sitting there. Not once did I see a staff member at Reception :)

Location and check-in are superb and super simple.

Bed is quite narrow and overall condition is a bit worn-out. But that is to be expected for the price given - price-value relation is perfect.
