The lady who welcomed us at check-in was kind and informative, offering helpful details about the area.

The rest of our stay was disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms felt outdated, and the location was far. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we raised concerns, the staff responded with excuses rather than solutions!

Location, towels for the beach and the pool, staff, it was clean

Very old/dated rooms, photos not representing the actual state of the room, especially the bathroom (poor condition:shower door didn’t close properly, shower head was leaking sideways, silicon insulation was literally black around the bathtub - see photos), asked for double bed but were given two single beds put together with a pillow-ish in between to pass it as double (see photos), basic breakfast with awful coffee, if you wanted coffee at the bar was extremely expensive

Το ξενοδοχείο εμφανίστηκε στην αναζήτηση της booking.com όταν ως τοποθεσία έγραψα "Ναουσα". Στην πραγματικότητα βρίσκεται 15 λεπτά σπο τη Νάουσα στην διαδρομή προς Χρυση Ακτή. Έχει πολύ καλούς χώρους, περιποιημένο κήπο και ευχάριστο χωρο πισίνας. Επίσης, η κουζίνα του εστιατοριου είναι πολύ καλή. Το νερό στο ντους με πολύ καλή πίεση και πάντα αρκετό κσι ζεστό όσο πρέπει.

Τα παντζούρια του δωματίου μας δεν είχαν ξεσκονιστεί. ήταν όλο σκονη,. Το μπάνιο είναι παλιό, χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση.Το δικό μας μπάνιο είχε γωνιακή μπανιέρα με τζακούζι αλλά επειδή είναι τουλάχιστον 15ετιας δεν σου δημιουργουσε τη διάθεση να τη χρησιμοποιήσεις.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά.
