"Beautiful, quiet, great pool/location/staff"

Great staff. Sebastian was so kind and helpful. Great food - a little pricey, but delicious and fresh - felt worth it. The pool is clean and perfect. The hotel itself is very quiet - we felt like we had it all to ourselves. The sort path to the beach was perfect for our surf sessions.

Hard to find much to complain about! The shower didn’t drain well. The sliding glass door was frosted for some reason so there was no view out to the beautiful pool/surroundings :( which was an unexpected bummer.

"I would definitely stay here again"

The hotel staff was what made this place good to me. Sebastian and the cook lady were some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered on my trip so far.

I didn’t like how the cleaning ladies came in every morning unexpectedly and kinda kicked out out but then again I did appreciate the clean towels and sheets daily.

Staff was excellent, especially Sebastian who was outstanding and the most pleasant, helpful and makes a wonderful margarita and smoothie! So helpful in helping my son learn to surf. Also loved the boutique feel. The breakfast (included) were absolutely delicious .the rooms are roomy and the balcony is super. Extremely helpful in helping us arrange activities and transport.

Room is pretty basic, no tv, ants were a problem in one of the 2 rooms we rented.

breakfast is incredible. July is amazing . also Sebastian is super helpful. really close to the beach for surfing

the shower water is extremely hot. only one option also the bikes aren’t super well maintained unfortunately. a tire pump and Allen key set would be helpful

not much. the pool was nice.

water was never hot. Luke warm showers at best. far from the little town. forced to ensure house mgr? perform solo Karoke every afternoon
