Location. Maintenance.

Loud. People knocked on my door asking to use my phone in the middle of the night twice.

Only that it was close to the place we had reservations for

Whole night people making noise and obvious drug use by other guests

It was ok.

Room smell like weed. Empty alcohol bottles behind chair. Cleaning staff does not clean good.

Filthy, woman at the desk made me leave a cash only deposit. Aftera 6 hour flight, a rental car & a grocery run... When I got to the room food in the fridge and straight to the shower. As im getting into the shower the shower curtain was dirty,.. then I notice old soap on the shower shelves and start to look around and the shower is filthy. I get out and go to brush my teeth and there is old toothpaste and hair in the sink. I look at the rest if the place and red cool aid or something is spilled down the wall... doors and walls are filthy. I went to the front desk because i wanted my money back, its been about 20 minutes from check in and they refused to refund me. No way im sleeping in that bed, guessing its filthy as well. I booked another hotel near by. Still haven't been refunded for this dirty shower.

Location, the size of the room, the bed was way comfortable.

Didn't notice anything negative. It's slightly dated but not offensively so.

Price was the only thing. Everything else was $100 or more per night

You get what you pay for I guess

Location was convenient. Insulation for sound not good. Foot traffic above us and through hallways kept my wife up all night, so we left early to find another hotel to stay at.
