Hotel Tuulonen

Very friendly people at the Smart checking desk, helping with many things during my stay. The room was spacious and quiet. I had a water kettle with tea and coffee supply, a small fridge, and a microwave.

The room window was facing the inside of the mall. It was hard to know if it was time to get up and check the weather outside. It was not a huge problem, but I wish I had known before I checked in.

The first assigned room was uncleaned, the second room had no working air conditioning nor ventilation. The "reception" is open only on certain hours and is far from the actual rooms, so handling any issues is very time-consuming. Never again.

It had everything I needed.

I liked everything about the property. I did have some difficulty in calling a taxi, but I was grateful for the help that zI received from the staff.

Nice small hotel right above a shopping Mall, which is very practical. We came there because of Kapakanmäki concertarea. Therefore the hotel is perfect. You can walk there. The room is very big for two and clean. You pick up the key at the supermarket. Personal war very nice

It is a bit expensive for there is no further service

No service (reception) in the evening or any info what to do or who to contact when problems; our keycard stopped to work forexample (no close contact with phone); luckily we had two keycards
