Minh Uyen Homestay

We had an amazing stay at Minh Uyen Homestay. The owners were very kind and accommodating. Our room was spotless clean, very comfortable, a lot of space and natural light. It had a desk for us to work that we appreciated. Bathroom very clean as well, with a great shower. Strong water pressure and hot water. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing. everything was perfect.

Location was great, in neighbourhood about 10mins from main area. Overall much quieter than in main town. Room upgrade kindly given. Attentive helpful staff (ordered taxi for us on our last day) and useful small grocery store below accommodation for water/snacks etc. Nice bubble tea and local cuisine restaurant (Cơm Gà Cô Hoa Quán) just down the road which was convenient (note google maps actually has accomodation on wrong side of the road which is confusing to get your initial bearings).

No ventilation in the bathroom which lead to musty smell overall in the room. Mildew/mould on the walls in bathroom and corners of room. Stained couch. Overall just more run down than in photos. Stated daily house keeping but only had twice in four night stay. Cigarette smell wafts up through main corridor into room at times. Loud on the first night (Sunday) with karaoke near by (despite stated as sound proofed), but other nights not loud.

Good location, daily cleaning, free water bottles

Very noisy environment (both by people talking/screaming and works outside), toilet and shower not separated which makes everything wet, also the warm water is very limited, staff does not speak English

We enjoyed our stay here - the room is cozy and comforable, with large bed (for some people, the bed can be hard). It was possible to park the motorcycle right in the entrance, at the groundfloor, there is small cheap grocery, owned by the hosts. Right next to the hotel is an amazing Pho restaurant.

There were some hair on the floor at the bathroom, the Wi-Fi was unstable. In the corridor, there was often noise during the night hours, which was a little bit disturbing (we used earplugs).
