Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in room with easy access to extra milk, tea bags etc. Nice bathroom, good size towels. Friendly helpful staff. Cooked breakfast in the morning. Very good value.

The shower was very good, powerful but the shower tray didn't cope with the amount of water and tended to flood the bathroom floor.

Very pleasantly situated and near to our son’s house too. Rooms are very clean. Great shower. All good.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good value for money - especially as it included full English breakfast buffet and lots of milk / tea / coffee supplies in the room.

The room could do with a deep clean - items like the tv remote, hairdryer, etc need a good clean. The bathroom was clean … the mirror light didnt work.

The recent refit has made the pub and accommodation look really inviting.

This was an enroute stopover, with limited choices as we were looking for minimum diversion, ground floor, step-in showers. The rooms were comfortable enough, clean, OK size.

Very ordinary meal choices, both for dinner and breakfast, quite low-end chain resto type food. This was the only place where our passports were required at checkin.

Stayed before so we knew what to expect nice showers we always stayed in the Premier inn when I come to visit family in Basingstoke but found it very noisy with people returning in the early hours.and queues for the buffet breakfast when you got to the buffet half the food was gone had to wait ages for it to be replaced
