The location

I stayed here a few days before and was very impressed with the buffet breakfast , which was the reason I re booked, but on arriving for breakfast there was no buffet only a small choice . I could have chose a much cheaper hotel of the same standard for 40 leva less but chose the Balkan as the breakfast was so impressive

"Disappointing"

Location. It was close to the railway station and bustation. 20 mins by walk.

No kettle in the room. No option to make a coffee in the room. Breakfast had only very limited options

"Decent enough, but i understand this is one of the best places in pleven"

Centrally placed , friendly and helpful staff even though they spoke very little English

Wifi was very week , and i had emailed ahead to confirm that wifi was good- which was assured as well Property is very dated too
