Love the unique concept! Kids enjoyed the stay very much

1. Staff are friendly and pro-active especially the staff driving the buggy cart for the VIP zoo guide tour when currently is a raining season. 2. All staffs are young and presentable. 3. Great show at the zoo cowboy show. 4. Weather is cool and nice. 5. Many swam and big fishes at the pond between the front office building and restaurant.

1. Arranged for us to stay in a bungalow all the way to the top highest. Very inconvenient when we got many kids and children. Fortunately there is a transport provided but may need to wait very long especially during peak hours. 2. Only 1 and 2 seater sofa in the bungalow. But pictures at the booking platform show a 3 seater sofa. Also the sofa are dusty. 3. Cigarettes butts and cigarettes ashes are found at the balcony when we check into the bungalow. 4. The cupboard in the room are very old and expired. 5. Nothing to view from in front and behind the bungalow. Only trees surrounding it. Booking platform indicated different viewing and terrace. 6. Lack of facilities. 7. No convenient stores available. 8. Most of the charging point are not working. 9. Nothing much to see at the zoom (panda bear). Except one bear sitting facing back when we need to transit to take bus to the location. 10. Restaurant got limited choices and variety of food to order. 11. The shower tap at the bungalow is too hot on the first night and not hot on the second night. 12. Very unclear and distortion to view the television at the bungalow. 13. Front office is small and lack of seating.

Specious, very good for family and very near to Taman Safari zoo. Staff are very welcome and breakfast has many variants.

The toilet was stinky and all equipment was old. The price is just for the location instead of facilities.

Nice to be able to stay next to the safari park, surrounded by forest and animals
