Extra Badezimmer

Kein Frühstück, unmoderne Zimmer. Alles sehr altmodisch. Eine komplett Renovierung wäre mal angebracht. Für 90 € die Nacht kann man schon etwas mehr erwarten.

Ankunft 18.09.2025, 18:35 Uhr. Das angebotene Apartment wies grundlegende Mängel wie folgt auf: Das Zimmer war extrem laut durch permanenten Straßenlärm. Offensichtlich wiesen die Fenster keine adäquate Schallisolierung auf. Die Fenster sind nicht abdunkelbar. Eine zerfledderte Billigjalousie im Badbereich und ansonsten transparente Vorhänge erfüllen diesen Zweck nicht. Das W-LAN hat in diesem Raum nicht funktioniert und somit war keine Option für entsprechendes Arbeiten möglich. Aus dem Seifenspender am Waschbacken kam verdreckte Seifenlotion heraus, das lässt tief in die Hygienestandards des Hotels blicken. Und somit war mein Vertrauen final nicht mehr vorhanden. Ich habe die Mängel dem Concierge persönlich mitgeteilt und den Schlüssel für das für 2 Übernachtungen gebuchte Apartment zurückgegeben. Meine schriftliche Stornierung für die zweite Übernachtung vom 19.09.2025, auf den 20.09.2025 avisiert und diese noch am 18.09.2025, 22:06 Uhr per Email an die Info-Adresse des Anbieters als auch an die Info-Adresse von Booking.com mit der Bitte um Bestätigung und entsprechende Gutschrift für die zweite Übernachtung gesendet. Dass ich die Kosten für die erste Übernachtung zu 100% zahlen musste, war klar, denn das hätte ich zeitlich früher melden müssen. Ich musste eine Erinnerungsmail zur angeforderten Rückmeldung am 21.09.2025 an die Info-Adresse des Anbieters als auch an die Info-Adresse von Booking.com senden. Die Rückmeldung seitens des Anbieters erfolgte dann am Montag, den 22.09.2025, mit der Erklärung, dass Kesselbrock Stornierungsbedingungen haben, die in diesem Fall eine Gutschrift nicht vorsehen. Zudem hätte Kesselbrock mir bei einer frühzeitigen Rückmeldung gerne ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, das meinen Anforderungen besser entsprach. Ich antwortete daraufhin, dass frühzeitiger als am Abend der Ankunft nach Besichtigung des Zimmers eine Rückmeldung logistisch nicht möglich ist, die Mängel avisiert und per Mail statuiert wurden. Keine Antwort mehr.
