Molto buona , attenzione particolare al cliente, alle caratteristiche personali ,il Maitre persona eccezionale e professionale davvero molto gentile e preparato!

La camera assegnatavi non aveva spazio esterno per stendere teli mari e costumi unica pecca , per il resto perfetto!

Superó mis expectativas, mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Habitaciones muy cómodas, pileta con vistas al monte epomeo. Ubicado sobre la calle principal donde pasan los buses y a metros de la spiaggia de Chiaia. Destaco la atención de todo el personal. Desayuno muy completo.

"Ok but not great."

Beautiful pool area, great location, loved the free sauna. Having a little patio was nice for evening time. Servers around the pool were friendly. Good mix of breakfast food. Free parking for our motorbikes. Provided us with a fan during our second day when requested due to scorching hot weather.

No air conditioning even with ridiculously hot days. Check to see if it is on before booking/staying here. Eventually they turned it on during our last day/night there. Says June-Sept but this should change when the heat is reaching record highs. Most of the front desk staff were rude and cold, except for 1 woman. We were given a quadruple room when we booked for 2 single beds, the bunk beds took up half the space in the room, leaving very little space for us. Tiny shower.

Colazione con vasta scelta di salato e dolce. Ben gestiti i servizi della struttura, con possibilità di usufruire anche di una navetta a/r che collega l'albergo a mete specifiche. Disponibilità e cordialità dello staff, pulizia e spazio esterno delle camere. Letto comodo e multipli cuscini.

Nulla da segnalare pur trattandosi di un soggiorno di una sola notte.
