Great location. Beautiful foyer. The women on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The blonde lady who helps with breakfast was an absolute joy. She is such an asset to the hotel.

The rooms need a bit of an update. Furnishings are quite tired. There were no spare blankets and no kettle in the rooms. There really does need to be a kettle in each room. I have never stayed in a hotel that lacks such a basic amenity. The wifi doesn’t work at all in the rooms; only in the foyer, which was very frustrating. Dinner service downstairs was very slow.
