clean bathroom, check-in 24/7, fast communication via phone, 24/7 gym, the hotel by itself from the design

too soft mattresses, no good lightning in the room, very poor breakfast, receptionist was very bored and not in the mood, the front door is very weird (maybe some signs for others to notice, that you have to use the door right next to it)
