I like that it is near the airport. I also like the option of having breakfast there if you want.

How small the beds are ..

Stayed here because it was near the airport and advertised the airport shuttle but they did not respond to multiple emails trying to schedule the included shuttle. Would stay elsewhere next time.

some of the staff are very helpful but most are not attentive and courteous just like the one responding to the queries via online. i requested for airport pick-up but they are not aware that i arrived already despite of informing them my arrival many times.I have to give them a call for them to know that i requested for pick-up. Also, the management are not reasonable, i have to adjust the date of stay because im not getting sleep from their hotel due to many factors- one is found a cockroach in the room, second is the music system of the pizza shop in front of my room is creating vibration which made me palpitate for two nights, third is the bed is so itchy and keeps making a sound, fourth is television dont have any signal.

The room was spacious, the bathroom is really dirty. The sink is leaking. Paid extra for the shuttle but never came, almost missed my flight waiting for the shuttle that never came. They ordered grab/uber thinking it will be complementary since the shuttle never came surprisingly the grab/uber asked me for payment while getting off and said he never got paid. Never again!
