Waterrijk Oesterdam Hotel

The room and en suite bathroom were spacious.

I dined at the restaurant at Waterrijk Oesterdam Dining and Lounge and ordered the Iberico rack. The meat was served raw, with visible blood on the plate, making it inedible and posing a serious health risk. I informed one of the servers about this. While the issue was acknowledged, the only compensation offered was a complimentary drink. I do not find this appropriate or fair, as a potential health risk cannot be compensated with a glass of prosecco. Given the price point and the standards one would expect from a hotel restaurant, this response was very disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews both kitchen quality control and how such incidents are handled with guests.

La décoration de la chambre, l’emplacement et la vue, le parking gratuit et les bornes de recharges (chères cependant..)

Bruits de pas dans les chambres avoisinantes, éclats de peinture dans plusieurs endroits de la chambre, ainsi que des toiles d’araignées.. les 3/4 des équipement de la piscine ne fonctionnaient pas (jacuzzi par exemple), l’eau était à peine tiède et l’un des sauna ne marchait pas non plus. Restaurant très cher. Si vous vous attendez à une prestation digne d’un 5 étoiles comme on l’entend, passez votre chemin.
