My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst holiday experience we have ever had. Our first room was Room No. 14. The window could not be closed properly due to a damaged window frame, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. The TV was not functioning, and the room was very dark as there was only one yellow light working. Since we were travelling with a child, we felt the room was unsuitable and requested a room change. The hotel then moved us to Room No. 22, which was located next to Room No. 14. Although the room was slightly smaller, the window closed properly, the lighting was much brighter, and the TV was working. However, there were no Mandarin channels available, such as 8TV. We decided to accept the room and stay for the night. However, we soon noticed a large number of ants on the floor. Some of the ants even crawled onto my child's toothbrush. Despite this issue, we tried to tolerate the situation and continue our stay. The most disturbing experience happened after we returned from dinner at around 9:00 PM. When we entered the room to shower and rest, we spotted a cockroach on the wall. I killed it and hoped that would be the end of the problem. Unfortunately, more cockroaches started coming out from the bathroom. At that point, we became very concerned about our child's safety and hygiene. We decided to check out immediately and drive back to Kuala Lumpur instead of spending the night there. This was truly the worst holiday experience I have ever had, and I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance standards of this hotel.
