Would have liked to know upon booking that it was in a different place and what it consisted of before paying as there were other options?!

"Relaxing stay in a simple and quiet hotel"

Decent location for travelling around modena. Cafe available next door. As well as 2 restautants, borghetto and turismo steakhouse. Clean and quiet, despite nearby traffic Easy check out

Basic amenities. No lift for older folks. Checkin only from 4pm Coffee/tea machine in the room would be nice. Not many eating options in walking distance

Super friendly receptionist, really nice😊! Nothing to complain about the facilities although quite basic.

No biggie but a better ventilation in the room would have been good since we felt we ran out of air during the night. But like said, no big deal.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. A very good restaurant right opposite the B&B

Breakfast was a bit sparse, 1 coffee and 1 Croissant is not what I would call a breakfast
