Hotel Rooms Dadar near Station

Staff was cooperative but they have some limits. Only positive point is that the manager and other staff cooperate us.

Entrance of the hotel is very crowdy and room was not clean. Owner not inform to his manager about our booking.

I appreciated a few aspects of the stay, but overall it missed the mark. Several staff members were discourteous and unprofessional. The towels and bed linens did not appear freshly laundered, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. I was also asked to pay an additional fee for a 30-minute late checkout, which felt unreasonable. The property was noisy at all hours, and despite raising the issue, it wasn’t resolved. I won’t be recommending or rebooking. With better service and responsiveness, I would gladly have returned and written a positive review.
