La struttura é appena ristrutturata, quindi pulita e in buone condizioni. Cena pazzesca, colazione é di media qualità.

Il proprietario: invadente, burbero e vuole avere sempre ragione. La spa non è agibile per ristrutturazione: non è ben segnalato né su Booking né sul loro sito, ma bisognava vederlo in condizioni scritte in piccolo sulla pagina dedicata agli orari della spa (quindi non è stato dichiarato in modo corretto). Appunto il proprietario ha risposto con tono saccente quando gli è stato fatto notare. Come alla nostra richiesta di alzare la temperatura alla camera, la cui risposta è stata “non posso sapere se c’é freddo”, o di anticipare la colazione “prima c’è buio”. Il resto del personale invece molto gentile.

Stated there was a restaurant but only a set menu was available for dinner. Basic buffet breakfast, not a 4 star hotel breakfast. NO, facilities we're available, die to renovation works which were ongoing.

We especially booked a 4 Star hotel for my daughters birthday with Spa facilities & a swimming pool, none of which were available , we were not informed of this until the day of arrival. Therefore very disappointing!! not happy & do not like to be deceived. Trying to park your car was chaos , not enough parking as the work on the renovation had taken over !

Das noble Restaurant mit dem exklusiven 5 Gänge Menü am Abend das wir auf Empfehlung vom Seniorchef dazu gebucht haben. Wir waren überrascht vom Preisleistungsverhältnis! Sensationelle Qualität zu einem mehr als Fairen Preis!! Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, einfach Toll.

Es war zu der Zeit ziemlich Heiß und somit auch im Zimmer ziemlich warm. Das wirklich Noble Hotel ist vermutlich ursprünglich eher auf Wintertourismus ausgerichtet gewesen und somit ohne Klima im Zimmer. Aber ja.....jammern auf hohem Niveau :-)
