Very clean room, good location, good breakfast, close to market. Area itself is a 100% chaos, but we found it very interesting and exciting for its authenticity. Our room was quiet since we asked for the room not facing the street. Breakfast was very good! Overall very good choice for the value, better than our expectations based on the pictures.

Bathroom facilities are a bit outdated and need better maintenance. But we would not complain for a stay of two nights.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff.

The bed springs were broken sinking on one side and doors of the room, bathroom and elevator were all creaking. This hotel needs maintenance

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. The bathroom floor was leaking, leaving water all over the floor. Although the room was changed, the new bathroom initially had no shower head; after complaining, the staff replaced the entire pipe and shower head. The breakfast service was also unsatisfactory: on the first day there was no milk or coffee, on the second day several other items were missing, and on the third day the person in charge of the breakfast area approached us asking for money without any reason, which was very annoying. Additionally, although there is a lift in the building, it was out of order most of the time. As I am a heart patient, climbing up to the third floor was extremely difficult for me.

L'esmorzar i el llit molt còmode

L´accés no és fàcil al mig d'un mercat. No és veritat que hi hagi aparcament gratuït has de pagar als suposats vigilants. Ni l'aigua calenta ni la Wi-Fi no funcionen. Soroll terrible del mercat fins a 3 matinada

La ubicación cerca del templo de Luxor y, lo más importante, la excepcional atención de Kerlos el regente y su personal... Nos atendieron mejor que de la familia, nos mimaron mucho .. Recomiendo 100% comer/cenar aquí mismo ya que está a buen precio. Las excursiones también podéis confiar en Kerlos, tiene buenos precios... No tengo palabras para describir las atenciones recibidas!! 100% Recomendable!!!

Si bien yo le haría algunos arreglillos, las atenciones recibidas minimizan cualquier error...
