Good price, very clean except for one important detail. Comes with a queen size bed on the floor and a twin bed mounted to the wall above it.

I'm laying on the bed and I hear this somewhat loud clicking sound coming from the bed all of a sudden (my ear is against the bed). I get up a bit to see what's going on, and this huge roach scurries across the bed. Ewwww. Turned out the clicking was roach steps amplified though the bed! I can't tell you how gross it was to hear the footsteps of a roach so thoroughly. I spent the rest of the night on the twin bed above it.
