kānusuba zamami

We had a wonderful stay at Kanasuba on Zamami Island! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out in our best interest, which made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning and a must-visit if you’re in the area. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ on the terrace; we highly recommend it—the atmosphere and food were both fantastic. The fine dining restaurant at the property was also a memorable experience, offering beautifully presented dishes with amazing flavors. A perfect blend of warm hospitality, great food, and natural beauty!

It’s important to keep in mind that Zamami is a very small island with limited resources, which also affects the range of facilities the property can offer. While the essentials were covered, some amenities and conveniences you might expect elsewhere may not be available here. But for us the stay was amazing - a once in a lifetime experience really!

The staff was really friendly and provided a shuttle service to and back from the beach when we needed it. The food was amazing, the chef is quite skilled.

Everything was great, especially the staff and all the included services.

Only the blinds that were preventing that much light to come in.

The service was awesome, every request was made in no time, nice place and good breakfast, totally recommend!

The rooms were wonderful especially on the second floor. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service, to and from the port and beaches was excellent.

Everything was great but they should offer guests the option of a Japanese breakfast or a more continental option.

We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had the most amazing stay. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Room was perfect and large. Food was incredible and the island was the perfect getaway for us. Would definitely recommend!

Comfy bed, firm and great for my back. After a good swim and stretch, my backaches were all gone. Excellent restaurant on site. The dinner was a highlight and probably my best dinner in Okinawa. It is a must do.
