Sehr freundliches Personal. Zuvorkommend, höflich, einfach super. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Bezahlung des kompletten Zimmerpreises beim einchecken und die sofortige Belastung des Kontos. Die Boxspringbetten. Leider keine Verstellung des Kopfteil möglich.

Das Frühstück war super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Bademantel auf dem Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen und die Größe des Zimmers & Badezimmers sind sehr angenehm gewesen.

Uns fehlte ein Schuhanzieher auf dem Zimmer (ein längerer rückenfreundlicher)

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und die Zimmer sind gross und sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr frostig. Am Abreisemorgen mussten wir um 07:15 Uhr am Bahnhof sei. Auf die Frage, ob man auch vor 07:00 schon Frühstücken kann, kam nur ein unfreundliches nein.
