Hotel Relais Saint Jean Troyes

Madame, Monsieur, Je souhaite vous faire part de ma déception concernant la chambre qui m’a été attribuée lors de mon séjour dans votre établissement. À mon sens, la qualité de cette chambre ne reflétait pas le niveau de prestation attendu d’un hôtel classé 4 étoiles. J’ai notamment constaté plusieurs points regrettables : Les murs de la chambre présentaient des taches visibles. La salle de bain semblait insuffisamment nettoyée. Un bruit continu provenant d’une machine ou d’un équipement non identifié a perturbé mon sommeil tout au long de la nuit. La chambre était particulièrement exiguë. Le parquet était en mauvais état, avec des lames qui semblaient avoir bougé et une finition dégradée. Ces différents désagréments ont fortement affecté le confort de mon séjour et sont, selon moi, incompatibles avec le standing annoncé de votre établissement. This is a very convenient hotel. The public underground car park has a direct access to the lobby of the hotel. The hotel is in part a medieval building set in the heart of the medieval old town of Troyes. Some rooms have balconies which overlook the main half- timbered street . The rooms are all modern and well furnished, separate WC and shower room, good storage space. Great location for easy access to restaurants and cafes, the cathedral, market and the main square.

An excellent hotel in the centre of a beautiful ancient city. Rooms were comfortable and the bathroom and shower facilities were very good. Breakfast was good and the location is superb. Hard to fault anything.

Don't put the Hotel name into Google Maps. I did and ended up stranded in a large Volvo on a small one way street in the centre of a pedestrian area. My wife ran away as she was so embarrassed and I ended up being escorted out of a very awkward situation by two very helpful Gendarmes. IF YOU WANT THE HOTEL PARKING GARAGE PUT 80 RUE GENERAL DE GAULE IN YOUR SAT NAV. At least my impression of a bewildered Englishman amused most of the locals.

La situation exceptionnelle au centre de Troyes. J'aurais préféré la chambre confort car l'espace est trop juste. Le parking est génial. C'est pour cela que nous avons choisi cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

La terrasse est accessible aux deux chambres et pas de chaises.

Mancano delle luci vicino al letto.

The location was excellent and made it easy to visit the old town and restaurants. The parking underneath was great, once you found your way there. It had AC and separate bathroom facilities ( shower and toilet in separate rooms). The bed was comfortable . We stayed a 3rd night in a lux room and found it very spacious and comfortable.

The comfort room only had one chair and no bedside table.

L’accueil et l’emplacement

Très déçu de la chambre que nous avions. Déjà à l’ouverture de la porte nous avons eu le plaisir de voir la moquette tachée, chambre poussiéreuse. Baignoire trop haute pour des personnes petites. Un peu vieillote. J’ai même hésité à ne pas rester pour vous dire. Finalement nous avons décidé de rester mais je n’ai pas voulu prendre le petit déjeuner proposé, je ne peu donc pas l’évaluer.
