Cuando llegue después de un viaje largo estaba llamando en recepción y nadie salía tocaba timbre tocaba puerta y nadie salía me tocó caminar al guardia y que él me ayude con el personal de recepción

El Hotel es bonito, la atención es muy buena, la comida buena también.

En la reservación señalaban que incluía desayuno continental y no fue así, tuve que pagar el desayuno, por otro lado las propinas tienen que ser en efectivo, porque si la incluyes en la cuenta argumentan los empleados que se las quedan y no se las dan a ellos, muy malo en mi opinión.
