Good location of the hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel has very poor soundproofing. The doors to the hallway are not sealed at all, so you can hear everyone walking by and every movement in the corridor. The sound insulation between rooms is also very poor—you can hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. For example, we could even hear guests next door entering the wrong PIN code into their safe and discussing number combinations. The breakfast is very below average. It’s more about quantity than quality, which is quite disappointing, especially in Italy.
