From the moment I booked, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They promptly provided an official accommodation letter, which was essential for obtaining my Côte d’Ivoire visa. Communication before arrival was excellent—very responsive, professional, and helpful. Upon arrival, the owner/manager welcomed me personally, explained local transportation and taxi options, helped me exchange and use my U.S. dollars at a fair rate, and even upgraded my room free of charge while honoring the original Booking.com price. The hotel is located in a very nice, secure gated neighborhood with a security guard, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The facilities are new, modern, and exceptionally clean. My room was spacious, comfortable, and attention had clearly been paid to every detail. The porter was also very helpful with my luggage and made the check-in experience even smoother. Another pleasant surprise was the absence of mosquitoes during my stay. Overall, this was a perfect 10/10 experience. The hospitality was outstanding, and I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

The only minor inconvenience is that credit card payments are not accepted. However, the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to pay in my own currency while using the same exchange rate shown on Booking.com, so it was not a significant issue.

Hotel was near the airport, restaurants and zone 4. It’s near a busy road but quiet enough to get a good nights rest. Owner was nice, friendly and helpful.

Recommend you prepare exact cfa cash for payment else it will be a discussion with the front desk manager. Yango taxis struggle to locate the place regardless so give clear instructions that they need to enter the halama residence gate to get to hotel And which gate to enter as they are open only at certain times
