The view from our bedroom was spectacular

We stated in the suite and if there had been dressing gowns, they would have been the icing on the cake .

The staff were amazing,polite ,friendly and attentive, large airy room, large en-suite The breakfast was unbelievably tasty, as was the evening meal ,well done to kitchen staff probably the best breakfast we’ve had in any Irish accommodation .

Not keen on carpet in dining areas as it holds old food odours this unfortunately was the case. While not apposed to dated furniture as it can add to the atmosphere it does need to look cared for and finally the mattress ,it was very old and very uncomfortable and needing replaced asap felt like we were sleeping on the original lol The shower in the bath is not a safe option as you get older so a walk in shower is an inexpensive and simple swap out option .

Almost everything. Staff tick, food tick, service tick. The view from the terrace was to die for

Just that they were obviously having some work done which was very loud on the Tuesday and we'd had a very busy few days amd just want a quiet day but there was a fair bit of banging.

Location was beautiful. Food and drink was outstanding.

Renovation work was scheduled in room above us, hammering and drilling from 0900hrs each morning. No notice or apology when we complained. Room not serviced until 4pm. Very disappointing 😞

Rummen mycket bra,god mat restaurangen och fin frukos. ! Kanske lite handtag och gångjärn som behöver ses över på rummen.

Good but no veggie sausages once again. We have asked before on previous stays!

Poorly run check in without card payment machine so night porter demanded we wrote down credit card number WITH security number. Unacceptable demand placing card security at risk. Stand off with refusal to offer a room. Cleaner left a room master key OUTSIDE our room door inthe lock. Upon our return early evening I opened our room with the master key. I reported this to the Duty Manager who was in DENIAL and stated the key was for a different corridor! Duty Managet needs training on handling serious issues. NO RESPONSE!

Very clean, staff were lovely and facilities were great.

Service at the bar and restaurant was extremely slow. We ordered drinks when we sat down, the meal was out before the drinks.
