The location is amazing, it is a little piece of paradise. The views are incredible and I love the sound of the ocean when the swell is running.

Great views, good on site restaurant. Clean basic unit, well equipped.

We found the bed uncomfortable and the bathroom floor was very slippery. We had to shut windows because of neighbours smoking on balconies. Lots of insects and single fan struggled to cool.

"Perfect location to relax and enjoy Ahipara."

Beautiful view from our room. Very clean and the cleaners were so friendly. In particular we had a lovely conversation with Ms Busby. The markets just below and walking distance to the beach from the motel was easy accessible.

My husband mentioned that the rooms weren't noise protected so was able to hear what was happening in the rooms either side of us. I didn't hear anything so wasn't aware.
