"Disappointing"

The Spa option is good in this hotel, although communication about the extra price for using it, is poor, you don't find it on the website information and it is not written in the confirmation Email; only if you ask you get the price: EUR 25 pp for 1 hour. The bed was good and the service at breakfast was good.

It was not at all what we expected from a 4 star hotel: room really small (11m2), no minibar, no slippers, no bathrobe, no bath. Communication at the counter was unpleasant and communication in general was poor; in the guestbook is says for the sauna: costume NON obligatorio, but in fact it is... and many more small things that made the stay not as pleasant as we hoped.

location is very good the half board was very good as well, with big compliments to the staff of the dining room. Meals with no extravagancies, but always nicely presented and served. Kitchen Team provided very solid performance, every meal really really good.

the room was (last minute booking) top floor with limited room due to the roof slope. This is the one and only negative comment.
