Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. La propreté est impeccable, les chambres sont grandes et la piscine, bien que petite, est très agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Malgré les très fortes chaleurs de mai 2026, la climatisation de l'hôtel n'était pas activée (coupée à cette période d'après la réception). C'était une vraie fournaise dans la chambre, et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du passage régulier des trains juste à côté. Résultat : deux nuits blanches. De plus, la salle de bain est assez vieillotte. ​Je comprends la volonté de faire des économies d'énergie, mais quand on vend une chambre avec climatisation, le client doit pouvoir l'activer en cas de forte chaleur. Si vous avez le sommeil léger et ne supportez pas les boules Quies, je vous déconseille cet hôtel.
