We arrived at the property at 23:00 and there was nobody to check us in. Kept ringing the phone of the property manager but he wouldn't respond since morning at all. Location was totally off-beat. You can neither figure out in the map nor if you ask anybody. Complete disaster. Don't just go on pictures. It's a TRAP. You would be asked to pay 50% advance and later there is nobody to entertain you. Simply try calling the property manager on the given number, I bet if he answers any of your phone call. What a bad start of my holiday trip.

I liked the location

There were holes in the door, the bathroom curtain was dirty, and the door lock of the bathroom was broken. No cleaning next day

They don't have DG generator back up In case of no power, it was a bad situation

Didn't received the free breakfast

There was no room service facility and no management team was there at the facility to discuss about the hotel issues.

Great location and a good sized room

Location was just 2 minute walk from arambol beach. That was the USP

Non availability of staff at most times.

The property was well maintained in a nice, clean building with modern decor and comforts. The bed was comfortable and between the fan and AC the temperature could be maintained perfectly. The bathroom was also of a modern style with all amenities. The property is about half an hour beach walk to the centre of activity in Arambol.

The price point was high, we were paying AUD250 per night (about 14,000 idr), admittedly right in peak season. At this price we would expect to pay by card but were told cash only so needed to go to an ATM. The hotel informed it was 200m walk then turn left then 900m further, we started walking but quickly realised it wasn’t suitable to walk and was at least 2.5km along a busy road with no path. We also returned to our room one day to find the door wide open with an alternative key in it and no one in sight. We waited awhile and no one came so went to report it thinking it could be something bad. We were first told cleaning but that didn’t seem right because there was no room make up service the days we stayed there, we were then told the plumber was coming… accept maintenance occurs but it was very unusual to have a door wide open and no one in sight for an extended duration. The worker was on the side of the property, but there are multiple access points so the level of security wasn’t as expected of a hotel we were paying that much for, or any price really.
