"Bad"

Nothing. We did not stay because they cannot accommodate us since they don't have an elevator. We sent them a message a day before we arrived and they did not reply, only to find out onsite that they don't have an elevator and it is not handicapped friendly. The front desk staff did not assist us, instead they argued that it is written in their facilities section. So we had to book another hotel and the Urban hotel refused to refund it.

Quiet and safe.

We have to call to have a bath towel. And no escalator or elevator for seniors.

Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms could be cleaner. Also, there's a used tower and no new ones when I arrived. There's also no toilet paper. Maybe be more throrough with housekeeping.
