Not bad at all , just enough to stay for a night.

AC is not cold enough, bedsheets are old.

Me and My husband is very disapppointed in our stay in this hotel,room is so dirty ,hair are everywhere,bedsheet is so dusty,all the things inside the room is so dusty,I I immediately dial the front desk to ask for a housekeeping staff to change the beddings and I myself did the sweeping of the floor because of the scattered hair everywhere inside the room,so disgusting,not only that the garbage bin has no garbage bag so i ask the housekeeper if he can put one in it,he just simple answer me with ma'am we ran out of garbage bag,my God I really want to explode with anger,me and my husband is so exhausted from a long flight,and we just really wanted to have a comfortable stay and it turn out to be a horrible experience with this kind of hotel,I wont recommend this with my friends for sure,staff are not accomodating too...this is not really a good hotel to stay when you're in bacolod...

booked this stay for my senior mom and her sisters who are also seniors. They arrived late at night as they travelled from cebu as there were no boats available anymore from cebu to iloilo, so they had to take the long way route. i know they were too tired already to continue the travel from the bus station to the port where they have to catch the early morning fast craft. So instead, had them stay here as it was close to the port as well as there was a good deal for 2 rooms. Was told by my mom that they had a comfortable stay and that they were catered accordingly when they arrived. Will definitely try here when i also travel to bacolod. Thank you.

The rooms are spacious with good pillows and blanket. The amenities are great and also good value for money. The location is in the center of Bacolod City which is very good!

The staff are not that friendly and accomodating.

Location is very convenient. Quiet but on the main Lacson Street, very easy to get a taxi or Grab car. It is also walking distance to stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Room was spacious and has a table and chair for working and eating. There is also a place to hang clothes. But they can add more features like better lighting, picture frames, etc. Bed was big and comfortable. Their lobby has an attached cafe which is currently not used. It is a place to study and some guests would stay there to eat or work. Bathroom has a bidet. The hotel can actually improve a lot considering that it is in a good location. But expect perhaps that prices will increase a bit. There are other hotel choices nearby at a higher price.

The bathroom was big but needed new shower curtain, bathroom mat and hooks for the towels. Internet in my room was weak so I had to switch to my own data.

We were staying in this hotel for like 3 days last month. I thought they were just like the other hotels we have stayed at, where the employees and staff are doing well, polite, respectful to their clients, etc., but I guess I was a bit wrong. Moreover, it was my first experience from this hotel that every day we have to jump in or transfer to another room for so many reasons, and to be honest, we were integrally aggravated because we had to fix and gather our stuff again before transferring. That idea from them was too awful. Additionally, the first room that we were in was spacious, and we had our own cabinet, but when we were transferred to our rooms on the second and third days, I really didn’t like it because the room was too small; it didn’t have any cabinets or hangers to hang our clothes. We were paying the right amount of money per day, although it is very expensive and the hotel had no elevators, yet I don't know if they were providing or giving us small yet uncomfortable rooms considering that I availed of the room just like the first day that we were put into. Hence, the second and last rooms on our second and third days are really not reasonable.
